These terms govern use of this website. Consulting, development, and other project services are governed by the applicable accepted proposal or individual agreement.

2. Information and formation of contract
Website content is provided for non-binding information and does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract for paid services is formed only when a specific proposal is accepted, an order is confirmed, or a separate agreement is concluded.
3. Booking and contact
Booking a meeting or sending an enquiry does not create an entitlement to services or a paid contract. Free initial calls are for mutual assessment. Meetings may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice where necessary.
4. Prices
Unless stated otherwise, prices shown on the website are net prices excluding applicable VAT and serve as starting points. Only the prices and service descriptions in the specific proposal are binding.
5. Content and permitted use
Text, design, graphics, images, and other website content are protected by copyright or other rights. Private use of the website for its intended purpose is permitted. Reproduction, modification, automated extraction, or commercial reuse requires prior permission unless allowed by law.
